This is gonna be epic! New Zealand’s West Coast is the heart of the great outdoors and with the addition of these two events only reinforces the region as an awesome destination for an adventure or two.

The Mountain Man & Goat Race are designed to challenge athletes of all abilities, so add Saturday January 16th, 2016 to the calendar and get ready to race.

Mountain Man: 31km road cycle from Cobden, Greymouth up the Coast Road to Barrytown; 23km mountain run across Croesus Track; 9km Mountain bike down through Blackball to the edge of the mighty Grey River; 25km Kayak down the Grey River back to Blaketown, Greymouth. Individual or 2 & 3 Person Teams. 

Goat Race: 25km Barrytown to Blackball mountain run across the legendary Croesus Track. Individual only

The track has a long history dating back to the late 1860's when gold was first discovered on the West Coast. It has a total accent of 1054 metres and has a maximum elevation of 1201 metres. The Paparoa Range trail remains a popular walking track and has had an extensive upgrade over the past couple of years. Don't miss your chance to take part with limited entries available for 2017.
