Garth hand carves every pendant and sculpture personally from genuine West Coast jade that has been collected by Garth and his whanau (family) from West Coast Rivers and Mountains.

Come in and watch Garth carve and hear the history of the pounamu (jade) with his family, where he find the stone and the meanings of the special Māori designs and shapes.

Garth is easy to find on the road to Shantytown. Only 600 metres off State Highway 6, up Rutherglen Road.

Turn up Rutherglen road from State Highway 6. We are 9km South of Greymouth and 31km North of Hokitika. Our Studio and Gallery is EASY to find on the road to Shanytown. Drive 600 metres up Rutherglen Road and look for the Garth Wilson Jade sign on your left. We have a large parking area up the driveway.
